We are made strong by the individual skills and abilities of each member of our profession team who’s collective knowledge, passion, and professionalism propels us forward to uphold this new standard of personal training in Edinburgh.
As each JC Fitness personal trainer possess unique skills, qualifications, and experiences, our team approach gives each coach input into designing the most effective plan for you. That means, we collaborate as a team to design your gym programs, nutrition plans, and all other components relevant to your journey to best facilitate and accelerate progress to your goals.

Jonathan
Hi! My name is Jonathan and I’m a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 certified Personal Trainer. I am also a Registered and Chartered Physiotherapist having completed an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology (HBK) and Masters in Physiotherapy (MSc). I believe strongly in using research to accurately guide the practice of exercise and nutrition and really enjoy teaching and working with clients to help them become more confident and independent in their own health practices.

Hello! My name is Claire and I am a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 certified Personal Trainer. I maintain an Honours Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science BSc (Hons) and am certified as a Remedial Sports Massage Therapist. Health and fitness has always been an important, uncompromising part of my life. I feel incredibly privileged to share my passion for fitness and work among like-minded personal trainers to help create positive change in the health of others.

Hey! My name is Ben and I am a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 certified Personal Trainer. I have a degree in Sports and Exercise Science (BSc Hons) in addition to qualifications in evidence-based nutrition. I feel that evidence-based exercise and nutrition is absolutely the safest and fastest way to accelerate successful body transformation. I also enjoy every opportunity I get to promote and teach specific behavioural practices that help clients retrain their results long-term.

Hiya! My name is Lara and I am a Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 certified Personal Trainer.
