Gym-related injuries commonly occur because of poor technique or inappropriate selection or progression of exercises. Our personal trainers take responsibility for your safety and minimise injury risk by selecting appropriate exercises for your fitness level in addition to continually reinforcing proper technique. Also, your personal trainer will ensure the appropriate progression of your exercises and communicate with you prior to each session to understand if any changes in your health arise.
Furthermore, if you have an existing injury or condition that limits your exercise performance, we immediately integrate a plan to address the issue. Our personal trainers have the professional skills and abilities to design and implement rehabilitation plans specific to your physical needs. This may include designing rehabilitation exercises into your gym program or using alternate physiotherapy methods to resolve the injury.
